It's All Grace

Amazing things can happen when you allow the Lord to work in your life.

Glass tongues

“If ONLY our tongues were made of glass . . . how much more careful would we be when we speak”?  by Shaun Shane

Our tongues are the strongest muscle in the body, proportionally speaking, so we can lift the spirits of our families and friends. What will you do with that which is in your mouth?  Bridle it or unleash it?  They both make a long lasting impact. Which will you choose?

“Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers”.  Ephesians 4:29

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue:  and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”  Proverbs 18:21

The Power of Example

The Power of “Example” – Those around you watch your actions NOT your instructions.  They are affected more by your lifestyle than your hairstyle.  They are impacted by your walk NOT your talk.  And adopt your habits, NOT your rules.  What kind of an example are you being?   Think about it and let it sink in.

We are all an example – we will either be a good one or a bad one!

Wasn’t It Smart of God To:

Make a single strand of DNA into an information storage unit that is a thousand times thinner than a strand of hair yet capable of holding enough information to fill a stack of books that would stretch from the earth to the moon 500 times!

Design us to sing when we’re happy and cry when we’re sad, and at other times, to cry when we’re happy and sing when we’re sad.

Not allow wisdom to be purchasable.  Otherwise only the wealthiest of us would be wise.

Make dirt and then create man from it so that whether we’re unlearned or intelligent, poor or wealthy, we all know where we got our start.

Let us know that HIS “power is made perfect in weakness” since weakness is one thing we have plenty of.
